Pangong Tso Lake : Clear, Calm and Unending Expanse
Nestled in the far flung barren regions of Ladakh, Pangong Tso lake falls under both countries, India and China. This is because, only one third of the lake is in India, remaining two third of the lake is in China. Pangong Lake is also popular as "Hollow Lake" and is 5 km wide and 134 km long. With its location on Changtang plateau (eastern Ladakh) at a height of 14270 feet, provides a paradisiacal view to the visitors.
